Now this is a rare car!  And not only because only just under 4,000 of these Amphicars were made.  It is also rare because of the compelling story behind this red wonder.  I took a Labor Day weekend trip up to the Leelanau Peninsula and stumbled on this car parked next to the docks in Leland, Michingan.  The car is now an official citizen of sorts of the Village of Northport, Michigan!  Posted on the car was its story which I am...
